Shipping
We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days, sent directly from our Head Office in Bali, Indonesia.
We notify all customers via email once orders have been processed, with shipping tracking number.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN INDONESIA
We ship orders domestically with JNE Regular, costs are calculated at check out automatically according to shipping location.
JNE estimates shipping between 1-3 business days.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship orders internationally with DHL Express, with a flat rate of IDR 200,000 or AUD 20 per order.
DHL estimates shipping between 2-7 business days, dependent on location.
Please note that DHL requires a signature on delivery, and complete customer contact details including phone number and email address. DHL cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please visit the DHL website for more information regarding their terms and conditions.
Countries will vary with laws regarding import taxes and duties. Please note that any related import duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free express shipping worldwide for any orders above IDR 2,000,000 (AUD 200).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Your tracking number will be provided via email once items has been dispatched. Our friendly customer service team are available to assist if there are any issues regarding your tracking number.
2. Indigo Kids are not responsible for any lost or missing parcel resulting from incomplete shipping address being supplied. Please make sure that your shipping details are filled in correctly and completely.
3. Indigo Kids reserves the right not to accept an order, or to cancel an order (with refund) if we cannot supply the goods.
4. Indigo Kids will only ship orders when all items on the order are available for dispatch.
5. Some deliveries may incur a customs or import duty charge, dependent on country. Indigo Kids, DHL and JNE are not responsible for these charges nor can we advise about them as it depends on your own countries regulations & compliances. For more information please contact your local customs office. If you refuse to pay the duty or tax once the parcel arrives it will be returned to the sender. The money paid for the product and delivery costs is non-refundable.
