PURCHASING INFORMATION
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of all products that we sell on our site. By ordering any products on this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions so please read carefully. If you refuse to accept them then you should not order any products from this site. SALE prices in the retail stores will only be available in the retail stores, and price may not be the same with our online store price.
INDIGO ONLINE STORE AND INDIGO RETAIL STORE ARE SEPARATE ENTITIES AND ALL PURCHASES WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We apologize that we strictly do not allow any exchanges or returns. We implement quality control check’s before dispatching your parcel. We also highly recommend you to check all sizing and product details provided.
REFUND POLICY
We only offer refunds for damaged or faulty items with factory defect or production faults. These must be reported to onlinestore@indigokidsglobal.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products available for purchase online are subject to availability. As necessary we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or to divide orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order, and refund will be awarded for any order that we can’t fulfill.

PRE ORDER
Selected popular products might be available again in the future. Production time will take about 2 – 3 weeks to make and another week to ship, but it needs to be pre-paid in advance.
Our popular product might be produced in limited quantity and we always encourage you to secure them in advance. Please take note the pre-order remark before making any purchase, as very often customers are mistaken that the pre-order items are currently available and ready to ship. Please also take note that we do not take cancellations on pre orders.
OUT OF STOCK
When item does not show specific sizes or only a few sizes, then the sizes not shown are unavailable for ordering and might not be reproduced in the future. But you may email our customer service to check if a specific product is available at our retails store or if we will be restocking it anytime soon.
